What we collect
This website collects information only when you choose to send it. If you submit the project enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, industry, project type, the description of your process, your indication of user numbers, timeline and budget, and any file you attach.
Our web server also records standard technical information with each submission — the IP address the request came from and your browser's user-agent string. We use this only to prevent automated abuse of the form.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. No consent banner is required because nothing is stored on your device.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database on the server that hosts this website, and are also sent by email to our own address so we can reply. Attachments are stored on the same server. Access is limited to SignalNav personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they remain commercially relevant — typically while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information you have sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@signalnav.io and we will action the request.
Client project data
Information held inside systems SignalNav builds and hosts for clients is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this policy. In those systems the client is the data controller and SignalNav acts on their instructions.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is held on a server we administer, with access restricted to authorised personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply updates, backups, and monitoring as a matter of routine.
